Mexican addresses (domicilio) read from specific to general, and every line has a fixed role:
Av. Insurgentes Sur 601. Major roads appear as Avenida (Av.), often shortened.Col. Roma Norte). Many streets repeat across the city, so the colonia is what actually locates the address; Col., Cd. or no prefix are all common.Ciudad de México or Guadalajara.06700). The C.P. is written with the word C.P. in front in formal addresses. Two things trip up validators on Mexican forms: leaving out the colonia (nothing locates the street without it), and a C.P. that does not match the colonia — the two are bound together like a US city and ZIP. The generator uses public city and postcode records with synthetic streets and house numbers. It does not provide a verified colonia-to-property match.

Cities and postal codes come from the public GeoNames dataset; street names follow local conventions. No third-party address-generator API is used.
The colonia is the neighbourhood level of a Mexican address — and the level that actually locates a street, because street names repeat across the city. Test data without a colonia is the most common reason a Mexican form rejects an address.
Código Postal — the Mexican 5-digit postcode (06700). Formal addresses prefix it with C.P.; international forms usually just want the 5 digits.
